This is not an accident - it takes work. Naturally we use local anaesthetic but to minimise the initial injection we use the finest needles available together with a painless topical spray which numbs the area and makes the needle painless. We take pain relief and your comfort very seriously and we think you will be very pleasantly surprised by the level of our care. We aim to provide 100% pain-free dentistry in a comfortable relaxed environment. Our Location We have one of the best central London locations available - in the heart of the West End. We are one minute's walk from Covent Garden Tube station, just off Long Acre. Our location makes us particularly suitable for those living and/or working in central London but many of our customers choose our practice over more local surgeries because of our care. For more details, click here. Our Surgery We have three separate, ground-level, consultation rooms - all air-conditioned. Naturally, all of our consultation rooms are fitted with modern equipment to ensure that you are treated in comfort and without pain. Hygiene Standards We regularly review all proceedures to ensure they meet or exceed all cross infection regulations. These precautions are regularly updated to take account of the latest developments and improvements in best practice. We operate full cross infection controls in between patients so that each patient can be fully confident that all relevant equipment is either 'single use' or has been rigouously sterilised thereby ensuring a safe environment for every patient. Our Customers We are committed to an open, inclusive, surgery for all ages. Our regular clients are children and adults, men and women, gay or straight, black and white. We are always available to provide emergency care for tourists and will try to see you within 24 hours. Unlike some practices we accept HIV+ patients who will be treated no differently than any of our other customers. Our Beliefs A preventive approach is the core of our dental work. The old adage 'prevention is better than cure' is never truer than in dentistry. Where repair work is carried out, it will be evidence based for efficacy. Where elective or cosmetic work is considered, a minimally invasive approach will be used so as to gain maximum aesthetic benefit for minimal tooth disturbance and minimal financial outlay for the patient. Our Team We have a young, vibrant team, all of whom enjoy their work and their customers. Unlike many practices we do not have a high turn-over of staff. Several of our staff have been with the practice for nearly 11 years. We recruit our dentists and staff on their merits, qualifications and skills. Race, nation-ality, religion, gender and sexuality do not play any part in our recruitment or in the way that we treat our clients.
