We run an appointment system at our practice, rather than 'sit-and-wait'.
Emergencies
Our opening times are set out below. In cases of emergencies: pain, swellings,
lost crowns and fillings we will make every effort to see as soon as possible.
We promise to see registered patients in pain within 24 hours, and will
do our best to see any casual patients likewise where possible.
We set aside surgery time each day to cater for dental emergencies.
Please call the practice as early in the day as possible,
so that we can arrange a mutually convenient time.
Punctual Treatments
As practice principal, I have underlined the importance
of punctuality to all the team members and we generally run on time. Likewise,
please ensure you allow plenty of time for your dental appointment and
please arrive on time so as not to delay later appointments.
