Reminders
We reserve the right to send written reminders or to telephone you shortly
before appointments.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please provide 24 hours
notice, so that we may offer the surgery time to another patient. Please
note that we charge for missed appointments and cancelled
appointments where 24 hours notice has not been given and where the surgery
time has been wasted. This time will be charged at £30 per half
hour.

Payment Terms
Patients are requested to pay for all treatments provided at the end of each
appointment.
Payment can be by cash, cheque (with valid bankers card), Visa, Access/Mastercard,
Visa Delta, JCB or Switch/Maestro.
