Aida graduated in Occupational Psychology (MSc) from Birkbeck College the University of London in 2005. After graduating in BSc Psychology in 2001 also from Birkbeck College, she took a year break to study Philosophy. Currently, she is nearing the end of her training and will soon gain full chartership in Occupational Psychology from the British Psychological Society.
In 2005 Aida conducted research which investigated the role of support staff in initiating and fostering change in dental practices in Central London. This is undergoing evaluation for publication with one of the dental journals.
Dental Services in England have undergone a huge change in the past few years; Aida has been valuable to the practice in bringing new ideas and
systems to ensure that we keep a competitive edge
and are kept updated with the latest management techniques. She has introduced many changes to the practice which have been carried out smoothly with no disruption to the patient care and have inspired a happy and motivated team.
For her contribution to CGDP, Aida was runner-up in the 2008 Private Dentisty
Awards for 'Most Outstanding Individual of the Year'.
