Joanna has been our senior Hygienist for 10 years and is very popular with our patients. Her rapport with our patients is legendary and she works hard to build trust and maintain hygiene programmes tailored to the individual.
We are delighted to announce that Joanna has won the judges' commendation in the category of 'Hygienist of the Year 2009' in the national Dental Awards. That's an amazing achievement and entirely due to her professionalism and popularity with her clients.
On the days when Jo's not working with us she teaches other dental professionals at conferences held by the CPDforDCP company that she is educational director of. Joanna holds the additional qualification of Dental Therapist. This means that apart from her hygiene services she is able to perform routine dental procedures on children and some simple restorative work on adults.
In addition to this Jo writes for a variety of dental publications and is consulted by numerous dental companies for opinions on current dental products.
Jo provides services at CGDP on Fridays and Saturdays.
